Atopic dermatitis, sometimes referred to as Eczema, is a skin condition which causes itchy patches as well as reddening of the skin. It is most common within the inner bends of the knees or elbows. However, you'll see it appear on the face or on the hands, feet, neck and upper chest. It's also seen on the scalp in infants.
